Return Policy

At Shaka Kai, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Items can be returned or exchanged (excluding swimwear, beach towels, and accessories,)  within 30 days of receiving your package. Please contact our customer service team if you need to process a return or exchange for any reason,  at customerservice@shakakai.com

Items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange (no exceptions)

Mail Return Policy

To mail in your return, complete the Return Mail form (on the bottom half of the packing slip), including "Quantity Returned" and "Reason Code."  Enclose it with your merchandise, then ship your return to:

Shipping fees involved in making a return will not be reimbursed. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.

Wholesale Returns

Return/Restocking Fee Policy

To maintain the integrity and resale value of our products, we require that all returns be made in original, sellable condition. This includes:


• All items must be returned in original packaging
• All brand hang tags and product labels must be intact and unaltered
• Items must not contain any third-party branding, including stickers, UPC codes, or pricing tags

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned product not received in original, resalable condition.

We also reserve the right to waive this restocking fee at our discretion depending on the nature of the return and the condition of the product.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, any applicable restocking fee will be added to the final invoice and is due with final payment or immediately upon processing of the return.
