Shipping Methods

Customers have the option between choosing Standard USPS Shipping in addition to USPS Priority Mail.

Your shipping time will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days.

International Shipping

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

RETURNS

At Shaka Kai, we want you to

be satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged (excluding swimwear, beach towels, and accessories,) within 30 days of receiving your package. Please contact our customer service team if you need to process a return or exchange for any reason, at customerservice@shakakai.com

Items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange (no exceptions).
